At Shiloh Farm, every jar is handcrafted in small batches with care, intention, and the purest ingredients nature provides. We ship our tallow skincare from Louisiana so it can nourish your skin the way God intended.

Processing Time Orders are carefully prepared and packed by hand. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-demand periods or when we are preparing a fresh small batch, processing may take a little longer. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We currently ship via USPS within the United States. We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates calculated at checkout Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery Estimates Once shipped, estimated delivery times are typically 2-5 business days for domestic orders, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Local Pickup We currently do not offer local pickup

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@shilohbathandbody.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right whenever possible.
